can anything bad happen from loosening granulation tissue?

7 days post op, every sight healing very fast except bottom left, which was seemingly taking longer. today was my first day irrigating, both top sockets and bottom right went very smooth and i had no issues. on the bottom left however, im pretty sure i wasnt quite gentle enough and knocked the granulation tissue loose. its still in there, there is a very light ache from the area but far from anything substantial.

is this a problem in any way? will it slow healing at all, should i be extra careful eating, is it absolutely nothing, or what?
