Advice for asynchronous classes
I’m taking Geology 105, and the lab asynchronously for the first 8 week term of summer classes. The workload doesn’t seem too bad. I guess I am just stressing out about it? Do you guys have any tips or tricks to help? Thankyou!

This is gonna seem obviously but just make sure you stay on top of it, it's extremely hard to get caught back up if you fall behind just because there isn't enough time to do so. The biggest mistake I believe people make with Nova Online classes is that they don't factor studying time into their schedule and instead just go straight to their homework and try to learn the material as they do it. Set aside the same amount of time you would normally spend going to class and use that time to read the textbook and take notes before you try doing your homework. The way people fall behind is saving all of their work for the last minute, getting to it with 4 hours left before it's due and realizing they have to actually learn the material before they can do the homework and they can't get all of that done in 4 hours. Handle all of that and you'll be fine.
Thankyou! I know I have to set aside days to do it, I guess I am just over thinking it. Thankyou!
