Dan, I know you're not reading this but I too have lived with canker sores my whole life. I've tried every remedy and I've found very few that work. Here is what works:
Know what causes them. For me, it was what I was eating. If I eat a tube of BBQ Lay's Stacks, I'm going to get a canker sore. If I eat a bunch of Cool Ranch Doritos, I'm going to get a canker sore. If I drink the blue Mountain Dew, I'm going to get a canker sore. All the good, tangy junk food has a high chance of giving me a canker sore. Once I started deliberately cutting that stuff out of my diet, I got canker sores a lot less often.
Some other things are pretty likely to give me a canker sore, like the topical numbing stuff the dentist puts on before they give me the numbing shot. If I bite the inside of my mouth, that's probably going to turn into a canker sore. But the diet thing really cut down the number of canker sores I get.
Once I do get a canker sore, the next thing is treatment. The only thing that comes close to speeding up recovery is a mouthwash called Chlorhexidine. It's a prescription thing I get from my dentist. It's not an instant cure, but it really worked for me in terms of speeding up healing and reducing pain.
These two things, diet and Chlorhexidine, have made canker sores a lot less frequent and a lot more manageable.

How quickly do canker sores generally go away when you use Chlorhexidine compared to riding it out? I'm curious because I'm the same way and sometimes I get a sore somewhere really obnoxious (bottom side of tongue for example) and I'm just kind of in pain for a few days. Salt rinse doesn't seem to really expedite it much for me.

For me, it's a matter of days compared to a week+. If I catch it forming, the Chlorhexidine gets it under control pretty quickly. But that's contingent on catching it, right? I have a tendency not to notice the ones under the tongue or in the back of my mouth until they're a disaster.

Is it known if Humanity will be coming to the other consoles or does Sony have it tied up? That shit looks fun.

If it's not mentioned that usually means it's timed exclusivity but the contract specified they can't talk about it until X amount of time has passed.

Was very optimistic about Lego 2K Drive, and it's just what I feared. A kid friendly game cluttered with Microtransactions, and that just takes all the the interest I had for this game. Not to mention how expensive the Editions are. Fuck 2K, dude...
It had made me wonder if the next Mario Kart might try something a bit more open world. I hope so, I'd love to see Nintendis take on open world racing!
