To be clear, The two bottles on the left are Pantoprazole and are for stomach acid control, the huge ones in the middle are Antibiotics that will kill the bacteria (Apo-AMOXI) and the one on the right is metronidazole. I'm not totally sure what that ones for. The pack is gravol and the Pink is pepto. The other stuff is self-prescribed to help deal with side effects which are pretty nasty from it all. 

I also can't drink any alcohol with the antibiotic mix or else Ill have violent vomiting. So theres that.

Hope you pull through. I can verify the self prescribed cured my gastritis because I refuse to ingest pills.
