Spy's don't fall in love.

It's an old trope, but a pretty true one.

When you're knee deep in a dangerous occupation, having someone you can fall back on is more of a risk than a help. Being a spy, the closest you've had to love was a rival.

A quick witted bombshell from a rival agency in a rival country.

She's all flash, and manages to stay one step ahead, except when she doesn't want to.

You missed her once again, by a hair's bredth, but she's left you a note, scented with that perfume you can't get out of your head.

You can only wonder what game she's playing, but your heart skips to open it, to break the seal, and see what she has to say.

Plot Summary: Two spies live parallel lives. They confess their feelings and plan running away from their mutually unpleasant lifestyles and settling down together. It's romantic, really. Also they pretend to fuck over the phone because they're both touch starved and horny.

Character Summary: Our needy spy girl is a femme fatale, with looks that can (and will) kill. She's smokey, crisp, and smooth, right up until she gets sensitive and touchy feely, where she has a softer, more tender side. She's dangerous, she knows it, and she kinda wishes she didn't have to be.

Notes: Okay so, funnily enough, this is the first time I've attempted a community-wide prompt. For those keeping track (god bless if you are btw, you give my life meaning) I've been kicking around for... Jesus, nearly three months already. With that said, this is one of the more tender scripts I've done, and I really enjoyed it. I hope you do too.Also yeah... the whole thing isn't a note so it's not completely on theme, but, it starts with one, and a phone call's like... the next step up from a letter. It's close enough is what I'm sayin'.
