Why pay testers when we do it free? That’s the philosophy these days many companies are releasing unfinished games

"Ea Help" is anything but!

I got banned a couple years ago the first month of Madden, wrongfully I might add. I was snipping cards on the companion app n got one of there auto captcha n that was pretty much it, banned the next day.

I've never reached out to "Ea Help" b4 n heard nothing but terrible things, I thought it couldn't be that bad... right.

Everything you said is factual, I do believe EA's goal is to frustrate the player to hopefully give up. It took 3 weeks + n countless chats/emails that seemed to never go anywhere. The worst part about it was I was told for 3 weeks that my account wasn't banned n there was nothing they could do even after I sent multiple screenshots showing I'm banned. The whole thing just didn't make any sense, I felt like I was conversing with a wall. I finally gave up n a few days later I got an email stated I was unbanned smh.

I got my account back but EA won, because I'll never go to "Ea Help" ever again. Like I said its design this way.

Had the same happen with the free seasonal tournament second entry and then it said bad luck no more entries left. Agree it is really lazy programming to not save progress locally immediately after each swing (to avoid cheaters) and provide a resume function. Imagine if you has paid real money for those tickets which the game is designed to make people do (which in itself is really poor).

Agreed. There has to be a mechanic to fix it.

Really surprised I was down voted so much. Just let's you know EA has some accounts in here, and doesn't want people to know this could happen to you.

Twenty tickets would be about 10-15 bucks.
