i used it for a crit rate piece for my jing yuan… who turned out to be himeko. anyways, i feel like outgoing healing boost piece or speed piece is useful too. which stat and set would you use it on…

Personally i would use it for elemental orbs and energy ropes. I have been playing since day 1 and only have one 4 star energy rope and most of my elemental orbs aren't even from the set i need them to be.
FOR REAL BRO i was salvaging everything and was checking all the stats and i couldnt find a single energy piece.
It is just ridiculous, besides a ton of really powerful characters really need them.
Nothing yet, not gonna use until I'm deep enough into relic farming to be like "fuck I almost have a full set for this character, just missing this one piece with the proper mainstat... oh"
I used it on Speed boots for JY. Maybe not the best use long term, but eh, it works well for now.
It will likely roll like shit so go for something that you need the main stat and don't care too much about the substats. Speed boots, energy rope are good targets. It can also help you hunt for a missing piece of a set that is inefficient to farm, i.e. Quantum. (inefficient means it's paired with trash set)
I have decided not to use it yet until 1.1 but I’m still farming for the gold band’s sizzling thunder relic set, I think I’ll use it to get Inert Salsotto because its the thing I’m having such a hard time trying to get. Overall, I’d put crit rate for my JY ( I’m on like 16% crit rate so I really need that boost )
Crit Rate on the body for Qingque. I already had her orb and link so I wanted to just focus on getting the shoes...which dropped soon after with the stat I wanted. RNG favors the RNG gremlin, I guess.
Wish I had more for energy regen links I need for my other characters, though.

A completely awful and totally useless quantum Crit rate coat with HP, HP%, Def
Since it's incredibly rare I think wice to use it only when every other relics on a character is fine and ready, you have no plans for farming this set and there is just one slot that is really bad. So this decision must be taken reactively, no like "oh, I think cr is a good stat, I'll make that one" immediately after you got that resin. Or you'll end up in situation where you got a nice relic in slot you just crafted on, like, next week and others still will be bad. Sounds like waste.
nothing for now... i plan to farm relics for Kafka when she comes out, dump as much fuel as i possible can and Finish my build (hopefully) with the Selfmodeling resin for the pieces that elude me until then i hoard them
Lightening damage orb for Jing Yuan. Came out uh. Pretty good. Double crit, attack, effect resist. Rolled mostly into crits.
Of course the rest of my relics are donkey, but at least I don’t have to worry about the orb now?
Crit damage for Seele. The next one will be crit damage for Himeko.
Crit rate relic for Himeko as I was lacking the final piece for her set. Already had tens pieces of the 3 other parts of the set but this one wasn't dropping.
Figured it was worth it, instead of praying to finally get one with poor stats
