Resignation message. Can anyone tell me if sounds good and how to improve. First time quitting a job

Hi, (managers name) sorry about the late notice but I'm resigning. This is my last week of work. I appreciate the opportunity you gave me working for your store.

Any advice please and thank you. I'm also having scheduling conflicts with both jobs am I allowed to quit as soon as possible.
