How do I sign up for a Roth IRA, and which company do I sign up with?

My company won't get me a 401k until I've been there a year, but idk if I'll stay for very long after that because they kind of suck. I need something to help me save continuously, even if I'm switching jobs and new jobs don't wanna contribute right away.
