[IWantOut] 21F USA -> France

I’ve wanted to move to Paris for ages, and after visiting for the first time recently, it’s sealed the deal. My two options are getting a job or getting into a masters program (mostly English, I assume, as I’m nowhere near C1.) I have my bachelors in public health, and am interested in the French public health system.

I’m considering doing freelance remote work in medical writing, but I don’t know how freelance work factors into tax reporting (so I have proof of taxes for apartments and eventual citizenship.) I’m not fluent yet, but I know enough to get around and feel comfortable with the general culture.
