We should quit door dash all together

I was assigned $22 for 2 delivery but when I picked up the first order (20 mins 11km from customer) the location for second pick up was at the city centre(5 mins 1 km from customer). Since it’s hard to get parking and traffic is really bad at city I unassigned the second order. I delivered the first order and I was only paid half of $22 which is $11.

I asked support to help me but they said it’s fair and 3 different support disconnected me when I tried to argue. When I unassigned the second order (5 mins 1 km from customer) I thought doordash would only deduct $6-$7 and I would be paid $15-$16. It’s a system glitch which chops the two payments equally for each order but support as a person should understand and pay me Highly disappointed want to accept order and never deliver and quit door dash forever
