What if the United Arab republic formed, and irasel/Palstine forms under a successful peace conference?

I know the peace conference is kind of hard to do, but I always wondered how the UAR would react to a successful peace conference, would the state perfer a stable and peaceful Region in the area. Or would they try to intisngate a conflict, to broaden their power?

What are you guys thoughts?
