Prime Vid & Freevee issues

So at different locations the set up is the same. Chromecast with Google Tv & T-Mobile home internet. At one location with two Chromecast with Google Tv dongles no issues opening up and viewing Prime or Freevee. At the other location which has four Chromecast with Google Tv dongles, neither Prime or Freevee will work. At this location I have reset to factory settings and reinstalled everything. Same deal Prime and Freevee will not work. Any ideas? I was almost sure it was T-mobile, but at the other location everything works great. Makes no sense. Thanks
