anyone know where to find good wild horses?

i’d assumed it was the same areas for botw but when i tamed one from lindors brow they weren’t consistent and felt like any other place and i couldn’t find any in taobab grasslands, i tried looking online but couldn’t find anything on locations

also is it possible for a horse to spawn with a black coat but red mane/tail? basically just the ganon horse but regular size
