Is there a mod to get Garrus' skillset?

Ascended Garrus is of course amazing, but are there any mods to replace Shep's skills with Garrus' so you can try it out for yourself? I know you could run a soldier with AP ammo, but I don't think shep can stack as many AR bonuses, can he?
