Brand new Samsung smart TV not recognizing zosi DVR

I just changed out my TV from 2013 LG smart TV to a Samsung QN43Q60BA smart TV...the issue I'm having is that my zosi DVR was recognized on the LG but for some reason the Samsung is not recognizing it.. I restarted.. enabled all connection features related to hdmi and still nothing. Please some assistance with this
