Am I thinking too deeply?

The husband is extremely nice to me, first 3 weeks working I receive a $400 raise. He lets me know everyday how appreciative he is, follows up with asking do I need anything ( I never do ). I’ve been a private nanny for 5 years and never had any sketchy side eyes with their husbands. I know I’m great at what I do but it’s a bit much. Then I had a small knot on my body and he asked if I wanted to come to his office to take a look at my injury. ( THEY WERE CLOSED FOR THE DAY ). I just found it weird. I’m not sure if I’m making it a big deal.
