New Incendiary Sounds Like Slim Shady

I haven’t seen a discussion thread for the new album and I’m prepared to be alone in my opinion and downvoted to smithereens. But it’s not the same Incendiary, and honestly I’m not even mad about it, I get it. It just feels a little half-assed, and not even because Brendan can’t scream anymore (don’t get me wrong, I’m not a fan of his new RATM vocal style but I understand he may consider it a natural progression and may be unable to yell the way he used to.) To me it literally sounds like an AI-generated album if you told it to drop a new Incendiary album. I don’t hate it, but I’ll never listen to it by choice or even get the urge to hear any of these songs the way I do with their old shit. For a band that has always taken themselves seriously and has generated tons of hype for their new shit, I can’t help but feel this one’s a bit of a letdown.
