There's something wrong with this cardinal

Hi everyone,

I got this video and picture of a cardinal today. It's got really strange maggots or something seemingly attached to its beak and can't seem to get them off. Is this some kind of weird parasite? Is the bird going to die? Is it a problem with my bird seed or the suet?
