What should I do? I feel so guilty

How do you manage your time when you have all dependent residents? I work 3-11 shifts they’re 8 hours. This facility that I work in has alot of hoyer lifts, and just downright heavy people. Today I’m working a section where I have 9 patients, I was supposed to give 3 showers which were all hoyer lifts. Help pass out trays. I have 3 feeders on that section. Some people help out with that if I get lucky. I had to feed 2 out of 3. Then we have to change everybody. And put them in bed. About almost all of the residents are out of bed after dinner. We have 4 aids for 37 residents. Sometimes you can’t find people to help you. And you have a lot of work to do. So what comes next? You do it yourself. I know using the hoyer lift by yourself is unsafe. But it seems like a norm in my facility. How am I supposed to give 3 showers to hoyer lifts. Put them all to bed and change them all within my shift? And help the rest of my patients? I feel like I’m incompetent. Most of the time I don’t get all my showers done. 2/3 if I get the chance. I feel guilty for not giving them. Not sure what to do..I’m feeling overwhelmed. I don’t really wanna leave this place since they pay well. $20 per hour. And today I had a resident slip out of the sit-to-stand. And a shift not so long ago I had a resident fall out of their chair while I was trying to transfer them. I feel like I’m not doing this job correctly. Anybody have any advice for me?
