Help with new potential build.

Hi everyone,

I want to upgrade my old build with rtx 1070 from 2015. I'm having some trouble running new games at even 1080p very low settings nowadays. I want to build a pc that can definitely run most games at 1080p for the coming 5 years, without ray tracing. I have 2 1080p monitors but also getting a 1440p 144hz monitor for mostly CSGO and CS2 in the future. I bought dying light 2 right when it came out but unfortunately couldnt run the game on my pc. So, i need this pc to at least run DL2. I also want to play some Warzone 2 because my old pc couldnt run that too. I think if i can run these two games at like 100-120 frames at 1080p now, that i would be satisfied.

probably will upgrade my PSU and case in the future but i want to keep them for now. would really appreciate the feedback!
