What type of coach is Monty?

I know that he’s a “culture builder”, I think he got that rep because PHX sucked ass before he got there, wonder how much of it had to do with CP3 though, helping stabilize things? Is he a defensive minded dude/offense? I know he’s been around the nba forever and been under some great coaches, too, just not sure what we can expect philosophy wise.

I think the culture thing is a bit overblown as Casey did a fine job with that and said all the right things, Monty is younger and hoping for more fresh ideas. I don’t know how anyone could be mad at this, the moneys irrelevant- no cap and if anything shows our owner remembered he has an NBA team.

Time to make some moveeees, this next months going to be fun. No way we went this all in to keep pick 5 and sign some mid PF/SF with that cap space. I expect a major splash or two via trades and I am ready for it!
