Looking for an in-depth tutorial

Hi fellow Binance users I’m struggling with my Binance us account it’s on the app on iPhone and will never let me get pad verification. I need to send money to someone out of the country and they’re using regular Binance is this possible on Binance us? If so how can I even get passed this verification if it doesn’t let me even try and costumer service help hasn’t gotten back to me in over a few hours! Is there a way for me to go on regular Binance and will that make this much easier?
