Smart TV replacement without Google TV?

My old TCL 55C8 android TV died (no longer under warranty) so I'm looking to replace. I only watch basic tv, movies, youtube content. No gaming. I'm ok replacing it with the 2022 smaller TCL 50" C635 (Rakuten has them for 69,800Y). Want to spend no more than around 75,000Y.

--> But I'm wondering why I even need an android TV (now called Google TV) which just seems to slow down the tv. My only requirements are 4K, a built-in tuner for terrestrial channels and USB to run movies off of.

Are there non-Google (and non-Roku OS) 50" 4K smart tv's (any brand) at that price point?
