Setup Freezes After Naming TV (E55u-D2)

So, I’m trying to get SmartCast working on this TV, but every time I go through the setup, this screen is as far as I can get. I bought this TV used, and I’m pretty sure the remote I was given isn’t the original one. I can clear this screen and access the different inputs, but the menu button on the remote doesn’t work, meaning I have no access to any of the settings, which is why I’m trying to make SmartCast/the Vizio Mobile app work. Any advice would be appreciated.
