Help Me Help Others

Hello! You can just call me Minx, but i recently got hired onto GameStop as an SGA, and I'm wanting to make a small pocket notebook of things to know to help train new hires and to help myself remember useful information that could easily be forgotten. What are some suggestions you have that are more niche things, not really taught during basic training for the job?

For context, my store that i got hired into is a bit of a mess right now, because my SL2 is currently working as an SL for a third store as well (it got fully walked out on because someone rejected the SL2 position, which sucks honestly i hate that SL2 isn't a suggestion) and I would love to take some of the stress off of their shoulders.

SO! if you have any helpful suggestions of things that I can do and things that I can teach to other people I will be happy to take some constructive criticisms from your own store experiences, and some useful tips to help with selling for numbers, and just some useful tips to write down!
