woke up with eye pain

I have a history of blepharitis, but it's been better lately. Up till now I've only had styes. I use Ocusoft and thought I had it under control. I woke up today with eye pain and blurred vision. No visible lumps on the eye. The pain has lessened during the day.

Is this a common thing with blepharitis? How long will the blurred vision probably last? It's hampering my ability to work.
