Donation app

I’m looking for any recommendations on an app that allows people to leave a donation within my store (debut theme).

I will have various pages within the site that will be assigned to different beneficiaries, so the app must allow me to track which beneficiaries receive the donations, and how much. I hope that makes sense.

Anyone have any recommendations for a donations all that allows for this?
