Is using a controller viable?

I’m a ps4 kinda guy and switching to mnk has been a horrible experience. Even tho I’m getting a little better with aim I still hate using these inputs bc it feels awkward and weird to aim with a mouse. I have to worry about so many ergonomic bc using mnk causes shoulder and wrist pain. Like controller is just infinitely more comfortable and natural then using a stupid mnk.
