Effects on late dosage

Hi all. So I’m having to go off Wegovy as I can’t find it anywhere. I had pushed my last dose out by three days and the nausea and stomach gurgling is almost unbearable. My body can’t tell if it wants me to vomit or just be nauseous and this is day 6 of feeling like this. Does anyone have any tips on surviving this? I genuinely feel horrific.
