Need help diagnosing my pc

So like almost a year ago my pc shit itself and i have no idea whats wrong with it but, i miss it so im trying to get it back working. So it turns on, no display at all, and i tried using another booting drive that is nowhere near full, i thought that mightve been the problem bc maybe my 1tb samsung ssd couldve been full i wasnt keeping close tabs on it and it had almost been full before. I tried plugging my monitor in via hdmi to my mobo, my cpu has radeon graphics so it shouldve booted if the gpu was bad, i tried taking the cmos battery out waiting 30 secs and putting it back in, didnt do anything. Any help on diagnosing it?
