PS5 Crashes

My partner plays Dreamlight Valley every night on PS5 (2 different consoles) and has at least one crash every 15 minutes. It ranges from a minor inconvenience to a massive headache including lost of progress. It just happened to him 5 times in 10 minutes. Any tips/advice? Thanks!
