Hi mommas I have a stroller question

Hello mommas. I recently found out I'm expecting my second child. With my first child I had a Graco modes pramette. I'm thinking of upgrading to a nest 2 grow.

Does anyone know of the pramette seat will fit on the nest 2 grow.

Also does anyone know the weight limit for 2 toddlers
