How can someone guess how they will look like once they transition?

So I just decided recently to make plans to transition later this year and well im just anxious im not gonna get the body I want. I want to look like a really cute girl. The only person I can guess I might look like is my mom since I look a lot like her and shes a pretty woman. How long would it take to fully look like a passable woman if I take hrt?
