The Schutzstaffel Presents: Social Justice Sunday

After weeks of proselytizing, procrastinating, and heated debate, including a 4-day long Indian Leg-Wrestling tournament (sagion won), we're happy to announce the unveiling of the Social Justice M-M-M-M-M-Megathread.

As with its esteemed predecessors, the Social Justice megathread is merely a temporary measure to encourage some variety and lighten things up a bit around here. It will begin this Sunday, heretofore known as Social Justice Sunday.

The megathread will be used for any and all social justice topics including, but not limited to: racism, gender, bigotry, misogyny, misandry, homophobia, etc. Whether a post belongs in the megathread is at the sole discretion of the moderators, and they reserve the right to make exceptions to the megathread where the situation may warrant doing so.

Other Important Announcements

• We've instituted a new rule, which prohibits linking to or mentioning specific reddit usernames. This has been enforced for some time now, but we're just changing it from de facto to official. This only applies to pointing out instances of comments or behavior, and doesn't include vague references to people like Karmanaut or S_W, or novelties/bots.

• There have been a lot of questions, meta-level discussions, and overall navel-gazing in the comments lately, so we'd like to invite everyone to subscribe and post to r/circlebrokediscussion for any and all of your Meta-Meta dreams and desires.

• Questions? Comments? Copious amounts of praise for the team of Hitlitos? Leave them here.
