Been struggling with this since I was 12…. Accountability partner?

I was 19 when I found out how bad pmo was. Now I’m 22 and I need to stop TODAY. I relapsed yesterday now I up this morning feeling like trash. I recently got my blue belt in bjj and when I relapse I don’t even have the motivation to train. I feel like I’m not even worthy enough to pray(I know that’s not the truth) Has anyone used covenant eyes?
