What time/day is the show actually available to stream on Prime/MGM+ in the U.S.?

So I’m in Chicago, was rewatching Season 2 Episode 6 last Saturday night and when I finished (around 11 PM) Episode 7 had been put up. Wasn’t sure if I just got lucky since it was a holiday weekend, but does anyone know if it technically isn’t released until Sunday evening in the U.S.? Like I said in the title I’m streaming it on Prime with the MGM+ add-on.
