[Bill] Population Registration Act

This is a bill that if passed would stipulate the following and serve as an Amendment to certain areas of the constitution;

-That each inhabitant of Reddica be classified and registered in accordance with their racial characteristics as part of an official system of separation with the purpose of creating a more cohesive society.

-Once this task was accomplished a sub-Reddit could be created within the state of Reddica in which all 'non-whites' could reside.

-The Aforementioned Sub-Reddit would be run under strict guidance of mods appointed by the existing Mods within the main district of Reddica.

Important Note It has been claimed by certain power hungry people that this bill goes directly against our constitution since it is apparently racist. However this Bill is not racist at all, it merely proposes the segregation of Reddica citizens based on Racial characteristics. This would not involve any abuse of anyone based on Race. Non-Whites would be adequately cared for in any separate district created for their use.
