What foods and meals elderly Canadians like to eat?

Hi I am into food service, I can cook north Indian foods and pastas and street foods

New to canada, will be getting a job in long term care. But I have no idea what are the eating habits of elderly Canadian (born and raised accordance to canadian culture)

Can anybody help me to get familiar with what food people eat in lunch, dinner and breakfast. And explain basic ingredient and method of cooking used?
