Character not showing up in search

I made a new character a couple weeks ago I think, and he’s still not showing up in the search? I read a comment that said a character needs to have 300+ messages before they start showing up but he already does from me, so I’m really unsure what the problem is. But also tbf that could just not be true, idk. I’m just confused.
