Help! Neck and Jaw Pain

I'm a 19 year old girl and i've been lately suffering from a lot of pain on my neck and at the base of my skull, which sometimes radiates towards my jaw and forehead. I only feel this aches whenever i'm sitting down or lying down but it's somewhat intense. If i could describe the pain it's almost like a pressure and tension as if my head feels to heavy for my neck to keep it up. I have celiac disease which i dont know if it can be related. I would really appreciate any help! Thanks!
