Is it okay to weep with joy and relief over Pat Robertson’s death?

I just read the NYT headline that that monster finally died, and for the second time in my life I’m weeping with joy. This is something new in my HRT experience, and I don’t know if it’s okay.

I’m still detached enough to know intellectually that this should not be acceptable, but here I am feeling all bright, light, and fluffy.

I have a long habit of running from strong negative emotions, but this is the first time I’ve ever wanted to run from a positive emotion. An old man, father, grandfather, and “beloved” “leader” is dead, and I’m here trying to hold back tears of sick joy.

Is it okay to feel that joy?

EDIT: To all the justifiably vindictive women here, while I’m inclined to agree that it’s okay to feel that joy, remember this: we are not those men.

EDIT 2: I’m still too detached to enjoy enjoying his death. Hopefully I get to increase my E dose this weekend.
