[Build Complete] i5-3570k @ 4.4gHz, 660ti, 500R etc. gaming rig
I overclocked to 4.4 with no problems. I got my first errors at 4.5 but it passed the 5min prime95 test, then BSOD'd at 4.6. I was following this guide which made it pretty simple, until I got to the BSODs. If I were to follow the directions, I would keep increasing the voltage until the BSODs stopped and I wasn't comfortable enough with that, since I'm not very experienced with all those settings. I'd love to bump it up later after I do more research or get some guidance somewhere.
Only issue I ran into was the nVidia control panel wouldn't show up and neither would Starcraft 2 - disabling the integrated graphics fixed that. No problems at all, and this thing is BLAZING fast. The SSD is what I think makes the biggest noticeable difference, but the whole thing is just incredible.
This is an upgrade from my last build of over 6 years ago: Core 2 duo e6700, 3gb ocz gold, nforce 570 mobo, 74gb WD raptor w/ 250gb wd storage drive and an 8800GT. The difference is, not surprisingly, astonishing.
