Looking for an industrial location for a photoshoot in Katy

Title pretty much says it all. I'm off fry Rd and West little York and I'm trying to final good industrial location to shoot at eg. Railroads, abandoned warehouses and so on. I'm looking in the Katy and Copperfield area.
