[SV] 20/30kg gone since January (and calorie counting and anxiety)

After almost an year, 20kg gone. Good but quite slow, isn't it?

Although I'd lost over 15kg in the first part of the year, from August to November, my weight loss was merely 5kg. My regimen? At first, counting upto 2200kcal on keto, then alternate day fasting + keto. Virtually no cheats, but I tended to overeat very frequently after I switched strategy.

Because being 10kg overweight is very different from being 30kg overweight, I'm taking the luxury to continue my diet as it is, without calorie counting, despite it being far more effective.

I don't think I'm taking it easy, but instead focusing on anxiety control and stuff like that, which on the long term will, I hope, prove to be more valuable. Do you know of any helpful advice/book/resource on that?

Thank you and good luck to you all!
