Stage setup for tournaments

I feel this is currently one of the major things that need to be adressed regarding any tournament. Considering the fact that the competitive gaming scene is still young and getting bigger every day I feel like especially in this kind of game the stage setup needs to be altered and we need someone who can come up with an idea to make it work better than how it's working now. There is quite a few issues and I am hoping to explain them in this topic. Hopefully in the future we are going to get to a level of tournament setup that really allows everyone to enjoy a spoiler, cheat and awkward moment free games constantly.

So to begin with, the main issue I have with the current setup is the delay for the games and how when the games are actually on the stage it spoils the most important teamfights. This is a really hard problem to tackle simply because having no delay at all could as we've seen in previous tournaments before make it possible for the audience to actually impact the decisions of certain teams for their advantage. But this needs to be improved, delay is certainly a temporary solution that needs to be somehow replaced.

Having the main screen just above the players is also not the greatest idea because it invites cheating. And the way this problem is currently being tackled is by having loads of people behind the players making sure they don't look behind them. Not the best solution in my opinion.

There is a few smaller issues like some new features being implemented that quickly backfire such as the team hearing of teamvoice chat(we all know swearing is certainly gonna happen), awkward interviews and etc. but I feel these are gonna sort themselves out in the future quite easily(hopefully).

So I wanna invite everyone to have your say on this. Do you think the current setup is fine the way it is? Maybe you have your own ideas that you would like to share? What bothers you in these events?
