Hey BDSMC: Were you spanked or otherwise physically disciplined as a child? If so, do you think that had any bearing on why you developed your kinks?

My own parents used corporal punishment when I was a kid, and I've always wondered whether that was part of the reason I developed my interest in BDSM. I don't THINK it is, but I've wondered. How about you? Anybody here from a no-spank upbringing who is into spanking now?
