[Q] DIY Juice - Nicotine? Where?

Hey guys! So I've been wanting to try and make some of my own juice for myself and I found everything I needed except for nicotine?

Being in Canada, this might be a touchy subject but I can't find it. Does anyone know? Help! Thanks!

Shoot me a PM if it's not permitted to post! Thanks!
