Finally decided to do this. Where do I start?

Hey guys I've been studying (mostly stuff from rsd) this stuff for coming on 3 or 4 months now but have not done anything to take action. What is a good newbie mission I can do? I'm 20 years old and in college, recently I've become pissed about not having any women in my life. I got out of a 2 year relationship 1 year ago and have had no success with women since. I know now that nothing is going to happen for me if I don't go out and take it. I can tell I'm coming from a scarcity frame and my confidence is taking a hit. I live in a small city (about 200,000 people) with about 23,000 students who go to my college. What would be a good newbie mission I could try? I've grown tired of this shit and I'm ready to make a drastic change.
