LPT Request: How to stay warm in bed without using electricity?

Winters coming up and I'm unlucky enough to have a room without a working radiator. It means nights can get very cold and crawling into bed is always intimidating. Are there any tricks you can do with your body to expel more heat and generally warm yourself up?
